LINK-PP operates a comprehensive in-house manufacturing system covering metal stamping, injection molding, automated assembly, and manual assembly processes to ensure stable quality and high-volume output.
The factory is equipped with 60 stamping machines in the stamping workshop, 56 injection molding machines in the injection workshop, 160 semi-automatic and fully automatic machines in the automated assembly workshop, and 36 manual assembly lines supporting flexible and customized production.
With this integrated production infrastructure, LINK-PP achieves a strong monthly production capacity of up to 50 million RJ45 connectors, 6 million LAN transformers, 1 million SFP/QSFP modules, and 30 million SFP cages, enabling reliable supply for both standard and customized orders worldwide.
