1. Housing (Insulator):

Material: PBT is a high-performance thermoplastic chosen for its excellent thermal stability, mechanical strength, and electrical insulation properties.
Grade: The UL94 V-0 rating is a critical safety standard, indicating that the material will self-extinguish within 10 seconds after the flame source is removed and will not produce flaming drips.

2. Contacts (Pins):

Material: Copper Alloy (specifically Phosphor Bronze) is used for its high conductivity, good elasticity, and fatigue resistance, ensuring a reliable connection over many mating cycles.
Plating:
